FEAR speaks louder than G-d!

2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

One day at the beginning of the week, I was working with a deadline, and time was running out. I had been cruising through the work and saw my timer blink, which means the time on task is running out, and I began to panic.

Family, I could hear the Spirit, but panic was screaming, and I got turned around, and the task failed. I was so deflated and almost cried. Yes, I have problems with everything being perfect and get bogged down in minutiae. The Spirit was flowing and speaking about how to do the work, and it had been flowing. It only took a second of fear and not paying attention to get off track. I was sad and heard, "Go take lunch." So I did. As I was preparing my food, I heard, "It is okay, you have learned from this lesson." I sat down, and a whole new strategy to avoid this from happening again was laid out by the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) in a minute. I heard lovingly, “You won’t repeat this lesson ever again. You learned from this one.”

Today (three days later), I found myself in the same predicament, and yes, Family, panic tried to enter, and I said aloud, "No, G-d has not given me fear. The Spirit gave me a plan.” Beloved, I did exactly what I had been shown and finished on time with 8 seconds to spare. I took that 8 as a NEW beginning. I had learned the lesson, and the Spirit of G-d in me prevailed over fear. Do not be dismayed if you are tested on what you failed before. It was such an awesome feeling to know that I had learned from my past and now could apply what the LORD showed me to overcome. HalleluYAH 🔥

Fear or panic, even for a second, can have a negative impact and try to abort the plans of G-d for your life. Praise to the Most High, for He loves us and can take an episode of fear and turn it into triumph if we ask for His help and forgiveness for having fear in the first place.

If you are ever faced with this type of situation, take a minute or a quick pause to reflect on the word in 2 Timothy 1:7 (say it out loud as I did the second time). The word of G-d quiets the voice of fear so you can hear the still small voice of the Most High and be victorious.
