I was sitting here checking my work queue and heard, "Be physically present in the moment you are in. Do not miss the beauty of right now because you have so many thoughts, questions, anxieties, etc., competing for the attention needed in this moment." So today (cf. Matthew 6:34), focus on each moment you are in; do not stay stuck in yesterday or be so focused on what tomorrow requires.
