Motivation Morsel - June 30, 2026

As many of you know, I start work at 3 a.m. This morning I was awakened at 1 a.m. to respond to someone in crisis. My prayer time was focused not just on my prayer points, but there needs as well.
Family, warfare is heightened and many of our brothers and sisters are in crisis, and we have to be in full battle ready mode. There is no time for indulging in fleshy desires (if that is an area of struggle ask the Most High to help, He is a very present help in the time of trouble Ps. 46:1). There is no second off: we must be ever watchful, reading and obeying the Word, praying without ceasing, the full armor of G-d on and operational, and using all the weapons of spiritual warfare in our arsenal at all times (see Ephesians 6:10-18; 2 Corinthians 10:3-6; 2 Corinthians 2:5-11; 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18; Psalm 91).
I heard in the Spirit, “All hands on deck!” I did not know what that meant fully, although I had heard it before. From the navy’s perspective, it means “a crisis needs everyone to help out; everyone is required to work together or contribute to a task, especially in a situation of emergency, urgency or importance.” Beloved, it means the same thing for the Kingdom matters at hand right now. The enemy wants to destroy the children of the Most High. We are all connected to someone else (especially spiritual leaders and parents), and if we fall we leave those in our care vulnerable and exposed to the schemes and tactics of the enemy.
A month ago, before I preached, I was led to share a song that is over 14 years old , and I am sharing it with you today! I have been singing it this morning as it is ringing in my spirit. It is Daryl Coley singing, “He Is Preparing Me” which addresses the preparation for what is coming in our lives next. This song is just as vital today as it was then, and we have to be ready for the next matter in our lives.
It’s “Committed Monday” Family. Live on purpose, help each other, and work together as one body against our common foe, the adversary. That is the Most High’s plan for His family!
