Psalm 150:6 "Let everything that has breath praise Adonai!
Halleluyah!
I woke up this morning with this verse from the "Great Are You Lord" song resonating in my spirit: It's your breath in my lungs, so I pour out my praise, pour out my praise. It's your breath in my lungs, so I pour out my praise to you only. I pour it out to you, LORD!
My heart's desire is to give you worship and praise!
I'll bless you forever; I'll give you praise!
I was created to give you worship, to give you praise!
******
The Spirit spoke to me just last night that everything you are, that you have, every part of you belongs to the Most High. He is gracious, compassionate, and a generous G-d who allows us to have them and use them. It all belongs to Him, even the breaths we take for granted as if we are owed them. Genesis 2:7 tells us that the Most High breathed into man's nostrils the breath of life so that he became a living being. You cannot see a breath, but without it, you are dead.
What do we take for granted until it is touched in some way? Infirmity and catastrophe have a way of reminding us of the precious gifts we are bestowed each day. Yes, my WIX app on my phone will not open yet again, and yet again, I am thankful for my hands that can type. We have to get to the simplest but greatest level of thanks sometimes, especially at the crossroads of breakthrough and promotion in the Kingdom! To keep us humble and remember it is all because of G-d. Glory to the Most High!
So I am right now, while writing this, stopping as the unction hits, on repeat singing loudly with my hands lifted in praise, "It's your breath in my lungs, so I pour out my praise, pour out my praise. It's your breath in my lungs, so I pour out my praise to you only."
Why, you may ask? because it's your LORD anyway! HalleluYAH for the loan Jehovah Jireh, the source of everything. The Great I AM. Great Are You, LORD.
Love you, family.
Enjoy, Trey McLaughlin & SOZ "Great Are You Lord."
