Leviticus 23 (iv) Adonai said to Moshe, “Tell the people of Isra’el: ‘The designated times of Adonai which you are to proclaim as holy convocations are my designated times.

“‘Work is to be done on six days; but the seventh day is a Shabbat of complete rest, a holy convocation; you are not to do any kind of work; it is a Shabbat for Adonai, even in your homes.

“‘These are the designated times of Adonai, the holy convocations you are to proclaim at their designated times.

(v) 23 Adonai said to Moshe, 24 “Tell the people of Isra’el, ‘In the seventh month, the first of the month is to be for you a day of complete rest for remembering, a holy convocation announced with blasts on the shofar. 25 Do not do any kind of ordinary work, and bring an offering made by fire to Adonai.’”

Starting at sunset tonight, a double Shabbat, the weekly Sabbath, and Yom Teruah, a High and Holy Shabbat, begins HalleluYAH! We have crossed over into the Hebrew Year 5787🔥🎉🎊 If possible go outside and blow your shofar and praise the Most High for the start of a new civil year, and a new beginning! I have included a recording of shofar blasts if you do not have one to blow.

Yom Teruah (Day of Trumpets) is a rehearsal and preparation for the long awaited return of the LORD as explained in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, “16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a rousing cry, with a call from one of the ruling angels, and with G-d’s shofar; those who died united with the Messiah will be the first to rise; 17 then we who are left still alive will be caught up with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and thus we will always be with the Lord. 18 So encourage each other with these words.

Oh what a joyous time that will be for the children of the Most High too.

Make your last minute preparations for the Shabbat. These are exciting times, Family.

Shabbat Shalom 🔥❤️
