Shavuot will begin on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at sundown. This is the true understanding of Pentecost in Acts 1 and 2. Please download the document and use it to teach yourself if this is your first time learning about Shavuot, one of the three pilgrimage festivals outlined in Deuteronomy 16:16-17. Shavuot is one of the festivals of the LORD to observe, according to Leviticus 23.
Like many of you, I celebrated many Pentecost Sundays, linking the 50-day count to Easter, which is not correct. I have more understanding of Passover and the purposeful mistranslation of Acts 12:4, and I want to help others seeking the truth, too!
