Motivation Morsel - July 22, 2026

43 But now this is what Adonai says, he who created you, Ya‘akov, he who formed you, Isra’el “Don’t be afraid, for I have redeemed you; I am calling you by your name; you are mine. ² When you pass through water, I will be with you; when you pass through rivers, they will not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you will not be scorched —the flame will not burn you. ³ For I am Adonai, your G-d, the Holy One of Isra’el, your Savior — I have given Egypt as your ransom, Ethiopia and S’va for you. ⁴ Because I regard you as valued and honored, and because I love you. For you I will give people, nations in exchange for your life. ⁵ Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. I will bring your descendants from the east, and I will gather you from the west; ⁶ I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ and to the south, ‘Don’t hold them back! Bring my sons from far away, and my daughters from the ends of the earth, ⁷ everyone who bears my name, whom I created for my glory — I formed him, yes, I made him.’”

¹⁶ Here is what Adonai says, who made a way in the sea, a path through the raging waves; ¹⁷ who led out chariot and horse, the army in its strength —they lay down, never to rise again, snuffed out and quenched like a wick: ¹⁸ “Stop dwelling on past events and brooding over times gone by; ¹⁹ I am doing something new; it’s springing up — can’t you see it? I am making a road in the desert, rivers in the wasteland.

This morning I woke up with Isaiah 43 in my spirit. This book is filled with end time prophecy, prophetic words already fulfilled and some verses that are considered to have dual fulfillment in that it has already happened to some degree and yet has future implications as well. I love the Word and how it has many meanings, and we are living in the heart of the Most High’s plan for us, His children. Israel is still the Most High’s chosen people, and we who are in the Messiah in the diaspora (those of us not living in Israel right now and part of the twelve tribes that are scattered across different parts of the world) are very much a part of her (Israel).

In revisiting the remnant and the gathering of the Most High’s children theme, verses 5 through 7, speak of this future gathering of Israel from the four corners of the earth (east, west, north, and south), with a final, ultimate fulfillment in the end times as the chosen people of G-d are regathered into the Promised Land. This is yet to come and we are awaiting this time and excited for the return of the Messiah.

Similarly, the chapter's "new thing" (verses 16-19) has a dual fulfillment theme, where verses 14-16 speak to the return of the southern tribes during the reign of Cyrus the Great of Persia who conquered Babylon in 539 BC, allowing the Jewish exiles to return to their homeland. Then verses 16-19 speaks to a larger scale return and promise from the Father to bring His people home, making a road in the desert, rivers in the wasteland, and us never having to focus on the past again and being reunited once again.

I did a teaching on the scattering of the tribes, and I will search for it to share on the website (give me a little time as it was a few years ago), so we can understand how we were all scattered, many of us losing the understanding of our Hebraic heritage and legacy. Children of the Most High, we await the regathering spoken of in Isaiah 43; this chapter is filled with the power of G-d, what He has done for His children, what He is doing daily for us, and what He will do for His children. He was, is, and will continue to be a loving G-d and Father who is doing a new thing despite what is happening in the world or what it looks like is coming to the earth. His promises are true; He did it before, and He is going to gather all of us together, and we will be with Him for all eternity. And as we await this glorious time, we have no need to be afraid, for He is with us - can’t you see it?

Today and everyday, look for G-d in all things Beloved! He is there in every second, every moment, and every breath we take.
